How long does shipping take for international orders?
International shipping typically takes 7 to 14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Can I return a limited edition vinyl or box set?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original, sealed packaging. Due to their collectable nature, we cannot accept returns for opened vinyl records or media unless they are defective.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged goods and packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or refund for any items damaged during transit.
Do you offer pre-orders for upcoming album releases?
Yes, we frequently offer pre-orders for new releases. Please note that if your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, the entire shipment will be held until the pre-order item is available.
How can I track my package?
